India is ready to review its security cooperation agreement with China and further liberalize visa standards for the neighbouring country. In 2006, India and China signed the Education Exchange Programme (EEP), a framework agreement for education cooperation between the two countries. Under the agreement, 25 students from recognized higher education institutions in the other country will receive public scholarships.
